I’ve spent over two decades in leadership and entrepreneurship, making decisions where the next step wasn’t always clear. Along the way I kept seeing the same pattern, in my own journey and in the people around me: people doing well on the outside but unclear on what comes next. Not because they lacked options, but because the decision wasn’t clear.

I’ve navigated that uncertainty myself. What I learned is that the hardest part isn’t capability, it’s clarity. What to do next. What actually matters now. What to let go of. That’s where we start.
